Return period
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for customer reasons after the product has been shipped.
However, if you discover that the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. For details, please refer to the "Conditions for Returns and Size Exchanges" section.

□ In case of size exchange due to customer's convenience:
・Conditions: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We also accept returns after wearing the item.
- Round-trip shipping costs for size exchanges: Customers are responsible for the costs

[Notes when exchanging sizes]
If you would like to exchange sizes, please note the following:
Exchanges are only accepted for size changes for the same product.
Do not remove product tags.
For set products, please be sure to return all of the set contents, including accessories, instructions, and warranty cards.
If any of these items are missing, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
If the product is in a packaging box, do not apply tape directly to the box.
Please be sure to return the item in the same condition as it was delivered, in a cardboard box or shipping bag.

[Products that cannot be exchanged for size]
Please note that we cannot accept size exchanges in the following cases (excluding defective products):
・Sale items ・Items that have been damaged, stained or smelly by the customer ・Items that have been repaired or modified ・Items that have been washed or cleaned ・Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・Items that are out of stock ・Items purchased elsewhere

■ In case of return due to customer's convenience:
